Kiss land not only is his most underrated work, to me, it’s one of the best aging works since it’s release across all music genres. That’s a project that gets better with every listen, and while I didn’t love it at first, now it’s one of my favorites. Can’t wait for you guys to react to that!

I used to not care for echoes of silence the song when it first came out but it really grew on me as the years went by.

I started listening to the weekend right when thursday dropped and I definitely hold the trilogy in high regards. All masterpieces imo (I definitely remember chris brown, neyo, usher, etc being the front runners of r&b at the time and it felt saturated and uninspired, then hearing the weekend and being like "wait a MINUTE! WHAT IS THISSSS!?!?! The blending of genres, the darkness, the realness, etc). But echoes of silence has always been my least favorite of the three, so it was fun and interesting watching this because yall put this as your favorite.
But this reaction (and being a lot older now lol) opened me to the songs I only kind of liked before. Montreal is dope, xo/host is dope. I always stopped listening to this tape after the fall, but the last two tracks are beautifully somber for sure.
Maaan! I genuinely feel bad for anyone who never came back to these tapes. You're missing out on one of the best starts to a career I can think of. I thoroughly enjoyed watching yalls reaction to the trilogy for sure!! Peace.

This was the album that made me a fan of Abel.. Hearing a lot of his hits on the radio when I was younger did not prepare me for the first time I looked into his back catalogue. Words can’t describe the feeling I got the first time I heard songs like Montreal, XO, Outside, INITIATION, it shocked me. That’s when I realized how talented he really is. As much as Trilogy is widely loved now, in the future it will definitely be regarded as something truly special, once in a lifetime, like his story that many people got to witness first hand.
Loving the reaction, XO is a lifestyle, a passion. ❤
