Today's recipe is "Aate ka Malpuaa" / "Wheat flour Malpuaa" also you can say "Aate ka Sweet Puaa"............😍
This recipe is perfect for monsoon season. You can make it with only few ingredients. You can also store these malpuaa for a week in any airtight container . This sweet malpuaa are made from wheat flour and without any refined flour . In taste this aata malpuaa soft, little bit crisp and really very tasty and delicious....👌👌👌👌

Ingredients:-
2cup(150g) - wheat flour
1cup(125g) - sugar
2tbs - ghee / oil
1ts - green elaichy powder (optional)
1/4ts - sounf (fennel) (optional)
11/2 + 1/4cup - water
Oil / ghee for frying
