We've learnt from JoJo that monologuing has the power to extend 2 seconds indefinitely so long as you keep talking. Clearly Phillip took a page out of Araki's book.

Went from going absolutely berserk in Joker Fang to being able to cognitize an entire strategy and give some fun facts about bugs. Phillip has come a long way.

In Kamen rider term, this is W’s super form. The form is unique because it allow Philip to be the body for w while it’s mainly Shotaro who acts as the body with cyclonejoker.
FangJoker Debut in Movie War 2010 and Kamen Rider W episode 16 where Philip used the Fang Memory to become W FangJoker. When he first used the form, he went berserk due to the memory's nature. But Shotaro inside the Gaia Library, helped Philip regained himself and control of the form.
This form is powerful but due to the power output, it strains Philips body more

The effect of the power was based a bit on another Kamen Rider series power called Acceleration from the series Drive
I forget if it was the writer or director but some high up member of the staff was apart of the main staff behind Drive so they used a similar element in this anime

The animation was excellent with the fight scenes, I really appreciate this adaptation.

I like when the characters are actually smart and not just strong, because realistically you gotta be smarter rather than stronger in order to win. That adds a level of realism but also just makes the characters a lot cooler and likeable when they're smarter/intelligent

Realistically, all the smarts on the world don't matter if you're fighting a boulder. Only a weapon will get you anywhere.

That's the thing about Phillip, he is literally the brains while Shotaro is the "muscles". Although Phillip himself can put up a fight quite nicely!

Not many bigger YT people covered this due to it being a late summer anime,and the anime title "Fuuto PI" has no rider subtitle in it.
It's a kamen rider anime they can make the attacks so much more flashy as it's an anime.
Yes my icon is ex-aid. On a side note an ex-aid anime would be sweet. Plus they could have story's based in the games from the show
I would love to see small segments involving the chibi Level 1 Rider forms. That’d be fun to watch

being a japanese voice actor/actress has got to be one of the best jobs in the world.
There are 2 old action anime that I highly recommend called B’t X and Guyver Bio Booster Armor(please help me spread the word). Also there are full episodes on UA-cam.

Toksatsu is the genre and this anime is my best anime of summer due to it's great quality

Yeah it's the same genre. This is a sequel to a Kamen Rider season, and Kamen Rider was made in 1971 by the guy who'd go on to create the Japanese series that Power Rangers pulls from like a decade later or so.
