Oh, my!!! I would try each and everyone of those vegan sandwiches/foods, if I lived in Portland. Where I live, in Massachusetts, there aren't many vegan places that makes vegan sandwiches. There was one, not far from my apartment, and they closed down. I found out about them too late. You've made me hungrier. Thanks for sharing!!!

How do I live in Portland and didn't know about Buddy's Steaks!? Thanks for the reccomendation. My other favorite sando spots in town: Ditto, DC Vegetarian, Victoria Bar's vegan options, Xinh Xinh Vietnamese Food Cart.

DC veg is awesome! I am a bike courier in downtown Portland and i used to always go to their foodcart and get the Chicken salad sub or Club sandwich, I really need to check out that Buddy's Steaks!
Not sure if you've been to Thunderbird yet but the word is, they have a Buddy's Cheesesteak killer. It's more of a chopped cheese but it's fucking amazing!
