The reaction from Kumar Shanu and Alka Yagni ,both legends in their own right says it all.She is a most unconventional singer ,who has the courage to go her own way. The reaction from Kumar Shanu and Alka Yagni ,both legends in their own right says it all.She is a most unconventional singer ,who has the courage to go her own way. She was unfazed to add her own spice to a song sung by Kumar Shanu and in front of him.Whilst Indian Idol is eventually judged on votes and I guess those coming in from higher populated states have a bias but that should and cannot take away the genius of SMP and we should be able to see plenty of her in the future.All the best from Fiji Islands beti.
