Allergen Safe Bonfire Night Chocolate Bark

Bonfire Night is 2 days and we wanted to share with you one of our favourite recipes to make! It is completely free from the Top 14 Allergens and is perfect for any Bonfire Night parties and events. 🥳💃
It's time for you to make our Chocolate Bark! 🍫
For our Chocolate Bark recipe we use lots and lots of decorations, we believe that the more the better. We had a selection of sprinkles, Magibles (of course), popcorn, marshmellows and lots more. ✨
If you want to give this recipe a go here are all the things you need to know to ensure you have a delicious allergen free dessert for everyone this Bonfire Night:
Prep 10 mins | Chill 2 hours | Serves 10
Ingredients:
200g Dairy Free Chocolate (of your choice)
75g Magibles
Sprinkles
Marshmellows
Popcorn
(and what ever other ingredients you would like to add!)
Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl break up your chocolate.
2. Place in the microwave for about 15 seconds, make sure that you don't burn it!
3. Once out of the microwave give it a good stir ensuring that it is smooth with no lumps
4. Line a baking tray with some baking paper and pour the melted chocolate on top. Make sure you are pouring it into a concentrated area to create a good slab of chocolate.
5. It's now time to decorate, add as many or as little decoration as you would like to your chocolate, we think the more the better.
6. Place in the fridge for 2 hours (it may be done before this depending on how cold your fridge is so keep an eye on it)
7. To break it up either use your hands or the point of a knife. It will break up into different sized slabs which look really cool!
8. Leave out for around 5-10 mins before serving as it may be very hard!
9. Serve up and ENJOY.
