@@almostaustin I was just diagnosed with this, how are thing going now. My food intake had been really unhealthy. I’m going to try and change my diet to see if that helps. I’ve heard steroids only prolongs the problem. I’ve also heard the surgery my cause later complications because of electro light and water intake. Please respond I’m looking for any information ❤
this gives me a lot of hope considering i’ve been on so many medicines and everything letting me down. Really just hoping to get somewhat of my normal life back. thanks for the video man
Thank you so much for this. I've recently had a lot of gi issues and this gives me some hope. Please, follow up with the results of your fmt! I think it'll make things a lot easier
Update: It's been roughly a month since my FMT. Overall, a great success - the C-Diff was cleared up and my overall symptoms improved. So much improvement, in fact, that I have reduced my Xeljanz prescription from 10mg 2x daily to 5mg 2x daily. Focusing now on slowly expanding my diet to include a wider range of fruits, vegetables, and probiotics foods.
@@almostaustin That's great to hear man! FMT Pills in a clinical trial cured me for 12 hours but the results didn't last. I do think it's probably the only hope for curing gut diseases though, nothing else I've tried came even close to the results FMT did.
@@kkpaine I've done quite a few, never in succession. I've only had it work miraculously two or three times :(. Any results I get fade within a day. But I think its my only hope of being free of this awful disease. Did it work for you and if so, did you do multiple?
Long story short I’ve been on humira for 6 months and I love it. I have a normal life again aside from always having a constant runny Nose due to the humira but either than that no side effects.
Hey! From my understanding, FMT works best for UC when you have multiple treatments over time. However, I am feeling much better after my FMT last month.
@@almostaustin Awesome! I have found a clinic in Slovakia and am in the process of investigating it as I’ve just ma contact with them. Keep us updated. It really matters to a lot of us!
My personal preferance is to stop and stay away from any meds, Its been 6 months I've stopped taking those. I did a huge research and watched lots of youtube videos who cured IBD using a strict diet. I follow Jimmy Patel Thumbson, Kenny Honnas and Dane Johnshon. Now I'm not fully cured, but my symtoms are slowly fadding away, very less blood, and less urgency. I didn't follow any strict diet as of now, thinking to buy absorb plus and continue a strict diet next week onwards. Any suggestions are highly apriciated.
I have UC since 2016. sulfasalizen work for few years and since last year or so no medicine working. Doctor try enthyio no help. on predison since 5 months that also not helping much. what is your experience with Xeljanz? any side effects with it? also if you can share your diet will help. Thanks a lot for your time.
I hope you'll see this because I'll be taking xeljanz soon for my UC and was wondering after all this time, how your experience was from the date of this video to where you are now? I'm concerned about Xeljanz because of the cancer risk. So, if you see this, let me know how you're doing.
I have uc since 2020 and and now I come to know that it's become worse Pancolitis . So pls tell me which medicine you take while you are suffering with Pancolitis.
I'm in the hospital again, after being here two months may and June from a cute pancolits. I have been on Stellara, after failing Remicade and biologics. They are going to try to induce another stelara dose in the hospital now, and if that fails I will try the med tofacitinib which is what u speak of. I'm scared cause I'm so sick. On steroids now and morphine.
PLEASE check the Wim Hof method. I have UC for now 5 years im on Humira each week and nothing was working and was in the hospital a week ago. Im not saying it a miracle but its free and has a good affect on your body stress level and for us thats the root of the problem. Im doing much better and no blood havent been had that in a 1,5 year.
Hi Alex! I've heard of Wim Hof before, but never considered it as a method to manage UC. I'll definitely look into it - thank you for dropping a comment. I hope you continue to feel well.

I've had ulcerative colitis for 18 years and the carnivore diet has helped me greatly I'm not on any medication now.
Great news!! Please keep us updated on how everything goes! Good luck!
Will do! I'm doing a lot better now, and making an update video in the next couple of weeks.
