RECIPE #1 - Vegetable Appe

Ingredients: Semolina, curd
Vegetables: lauki, onion, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, curry leaves
In a 1 cup semolia add 1/2 cup curd and water to make batter. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins. Chop the veggies and mix it with batter along with the salt. lastly, just add a pinch of baking soda or Eno (fruit salt).
RECIPE #2 - Egg Bun

Ingredients: Egg, Bun or bread, 1tsp milk
Vegetables: tomato, onion, coriander leaves
In 1 egg add the veggies along with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp milk. Mix it well and then soak bun in egg. Cook it on low flame for soft egg buns.
RECIPE #3 - Suji Kheer

Ingredients: 2 tsp semolina (suji)
Roast suji in 1 tsp ghee until golden and then add 1 cup milk. once boiled add dry fruits powder and jaggery power of sweetness.
RECIPE #4 - Oats Chilla

Ingredients: 1 cup oats powder
Vegetable: Spinach, onion, capsicum (add any veggies of your choice)
In a 1 cup oats powder add 1/2 cup curd and water to make batter. Keep it aside for 15-20 mins. Chop the veggies and mix it with batter along with the salt. I prefer making chillas on cast iron tawa (it helps with Iron deficiency in kids).

My baby started solid food from 5 months like fruit purees and daal soup. Now she is 13 months. After she turned 1 year she started getting her first 2 lower teeth. Normally baby starts getting teeth from 6 month but my baby teething started from 4 months but she got her teeth after turning 1. That’s why from 5 months to until now 13 months i have been giving her cerelac or khichdi or porridge or she tastes our adult food which we give her after mashing. I tried suji chila and halwa to her but she hates suji. She cough and spits suji items. I like your oats chila recipe which i will try. If priya or any mom can suggest me 13 months old recipes, would be great. Thanks moms. God bless you all.

@@deepikanagpal9817 don’t worry he/she will sooner or later . My elder daughter started walking in 17 months and I was freaking out .. very worried I was but my younger daughter started in 9 months only . Two complete different experience. She even started crawling in 6 months
