The lights are really good! These are surprisingly pretty balanced lights too-technically, they are a little loud, but you don’t notice it when playing and they aren’t even really a giveaway on the default setting as you can see while I’m playing VF. I’m actually pretty impressed (no pun intended… but I’ll take it) with the balance they struck on the lighting! The Evo Logo art lighting is also perfect!
Thanks so much for sharing your experience with it and for the support! It’s really good, and shiny cases like this definitely need to be shown on video 🙏 Cheers!
The MPress uses swappable keyboard microswitches. I believe they are kailh switches (which are an alternative to Cherry MX switches). I believe they are in the speed line if microswitches. The plunger, the plastic you press, are custom made I believe and are flat on the top and are a smooth clear plastic. They have a nice throw, a little deeper than the flatter low profile on the Snackbox Micro. It feels kinda similar in throw to a Sanwa actually-but to me it comes across as softer. My opinion is the MPress buttons feel great and are not that loud. But they can get loud if you like to strike the buttons when you press.
One word: Fancy! 🥰 Thanks for sharing. I would think VF and Hitbox would be match made in heaven. 👍
The lights in these look really good, especially that EVO logo.

great upload mate! Keep up the good work. Was really thinking about the MPress over the HitBox, and this gave good insight!
What is above the USB-C on the left side? Is it a switch?
It’s a great hit box I have it myself too, though I need to play it more. Great video by the way.
