초, 중, 고등학교 음악교과서 속 우리의 민요를 서행복(Seo Haeng-bok)강사와 함께 배워보는 코너입니다. 이번 회는 '경기민요(Gyeonggi Minyo) 아리랑(Arirang)'을 배우는 첫번째 시간입니다
'아리랑(Arirang)'은 우리 민족문화를 대표하고 우리 민족과 함께해온 노래이다. 1926년에 나운규의 영화 '아리랑'이 개봉된 이후로 아리랑은 민족의 정체성을 나타내는 노래로 자리매김하면서 우리 민족이 가장 사랑하는 노래가 되었다. 아리랑은 2012년 유네스코 세계무형문화유산으로 등재되면서 세계적으로도 널리 알려졌고, 남북한의 국제 경기 시에는 두나라 국가 대신 함께 부르는 노래가 되었다.
'아리랑(Arirang)'은 1920년대 신민요의 영향으로 4분의 3박자의 리듬으로 많이 불려져 왔으나 본래의 아리랑('본조아리랑(Bonjjo Arirang)', '경기아리랑(Gyeonggi Arirang)'이라고도 함)은 8분의 9박자의 흥겨운 세마치장단(Semachi jangdan)으로 되어 있으며 세마치장단(Semachi jangdan)의 기본 구음은 '덩 덩 덕쿵덕 (deong deong deok kung deok)'이다.
'아리랑(Arirang)'은 '아리랑(Arirang)'으로 시작되는 후렴을 가지고 있어 메기고 받는 형식으로 되어 있다. 또 아리랑의 구성음은 '솔(Sol), 라(Ra), 도(Do), 레(Re), 미(Mi)'의 5음 음계로 되어 있으며 '풍년가(Pungnyeonga)'와 같이 '도(Do)'로 끝난다.

일반인들은 4분의 3박자의 아리랑에 익숙해져 있어서 처음에는 어려우나 세마치장단의 흥겨운 리듬에 맞추어 여러번 연습하다 보면 누구나 노래를 잘 할 수 있으니 함께 배워보세요^^

This is the corner where you can learn our folk songs in elementary, middle and high school music textbooks with a teacher named Seo Haeng-bok. This is my first time learning Gyunggi Minyo Arirang.
"Arirang" is a song that represents our national culture and has been with our people. Since Na Un-gyu's film "Arirang" was released in 1926, Arirang has become the most beloved song of the Korean people, establishing itself as a song that represents the identity of the people. Arirang was also widely known worldwide when it was listed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2012, and became a song sung together in international matches between the two Koreas instead of the two countries.
"Arirang" was often sung in a three-quarter rhythm in the 1920s due to the influence of Shin Min-yo, but the original "Arirang" (also known as "Bonjo Arirang" and "Gyeonggi Arirang") was composed of nine-beats, Semachi jangdan.
"Arirang" has a chorus that begins with "Arirang" and is in the form of a catfish. In addition, the composition of Arirang consists of the five notes of "Sol," "Ra," "Do," "Re," and "Mi," which ends with "Do," as in "Pungnyonga."
Ordinary people are used to Arirang, which is three-quarters of a beat, so it's difficult at first, but if you practice several times to the exciting rhythm of the Semachi rhythm, everyone can sing well, so learn together.^^
Also, for foreigners at home and abroad who do not know Korean well, we will write the lyrics of folk songs in English and the interpretation of grain in English, so learn the songs and learn Korean as well.
