Unfortunately, the Court had allowed the people who have got employment under OBC quota to keep their jobs. Like the ruling in Teachers case, all the people who had got employment should have been removed from the posts.
Absolutely, I don't understand what legality the courts go by. If wrong has been done all employees who got jobs should be sacked. And they should be allowed to apply for those jobs on merit.

There should be only one class that needs support and that is Economy Backward Class. No religion, caste or other classification necessary. Does not matter where they are from.
