Mine scanned, but when I look at the Security tab, it says that my Active Authentication and Chip Authentication are "Not Pesent". Does that mean my passport is not valid?

Not all documents support all security protocols, unfortunately. Please let me know what country issued the document and the year of issue, and I can check. So, the document can still be valid. [WJ]
