Crying people(the little girl a few minutes in). Some things, like music/songs are special to people. Something about it means more. I think that kid had some kind of attachment to the song, like possibly it was/is her pick me up that if she was feeling down, or depressed made her feel better. You notice when he was listening to it, she was vibing along with it. Then to hear someone play the song after requesting it, is even more special, because it was made specifically for her. I have a song that's special to me in relation to my life and my twins, and I can not hear the song without welling up EVERY TIME. It's impossible to translate the feeling, so it's super personal. If I heard Frank play it, I would definitely be emotional.
I know this is a year old, but just for those stumbling in for the first time, other people's tears aren't about your understanding, people. Sometimes you just express sympathy and walk away confused and that's the best card in the desk. The one thing you never want to do is invalidate someone's emotions. Even if a response is over-the-top, nobody's ever going to thank you for making them feel that way. Also, if you've never heard Bo Burnham, give him a look. It's in the lyrics, not the instrumentals.
Hi MichaelJW. You asked about instruments and tuning. Most instruments can be tuned from a piano. I play clarinet and I can tune it by listening to piano, trumpet, guitar, accordion, whatever instrument that happens to be around and is already in tune. The point of tuning is to play notes at a certain pitch. That pitch can change depending on what you are looking for (I want to pitch differently for Halloween spooky sounds than a big fancy wedding). For Frank to play the notes while the other guy tuned his guitar was really nice. :) And tuning to an actual piano is a lot easier than using an electronic tuner! Hope this explanation makes sense. Great reaction video. :)
that weird songhe was listening to is bo burnham welcome to the internet. you should check him out hes lokey a genious and does comedic songs that have alot of deep meaning to them most the time
