Often in ORs we don't need to look at the monitors - we have the volume up and can audibly hear what is happening without having to visualize it.

Blood pressure as low as 64/38 is dangerous.

Anaphylaxis make the blood pressure incredibly down , that’s way adrenaline has to be given.
