you should try baking some especially those "no knead" bread that are super easy to prep the night before
@@KevinTan thank you! Have you tried it? I’ve tried it before, but it tasted bland like crackers. I don’t know if I did it wrong or something. And it was so hard to chew 😅
@@enondebelen this may sound funny but i mostly use the rice cooker cup for measurement and its spoon for mixing hahaha
here's my personal ingredient:
3 rice cooker measuring cup *flour* (just scoop some flour, don't push it to try to put more)
1 and a half rice cooker measuring cup *water*
3 grams *yeast*
1 spoonful *brown sugar*
half a spoon or pinch of *salt* to taste
then i just mix them until i combine all the ingredient (i use the rice cooker spoon so i never touch the dough plus it won't stick since the spoon has this spotted things poking out of it) no kneading needed
i usually prepare at night then in the morning i put it in a baking pan and slice the dough to separate it in to like 4 pieces then wait for a few minutes for it to rise again then i bake it for like 20 minutes in 180C (top and down heat in oven) then 10 minutes in 200C to brown the top of it (top heat only in oven)
you can then experiment on your own on the amount since it's mostly 1 part flour and half part water
the sugar and salt plays a big factor so you can also experiment on the amount depending on your taste,
the measurement i mentioned is enough for me since i put cold salted butter inside of it before consuming :)
