Fun Fact, a stretched Raptor (6in) was the ONLY Thing that could make it up a long, HillClimb. Attempted by ALL others. It has the most bottom end torque of any Quad I have ridden.
Drag races are cool and all but those are pure sport ATVs, how often do you see a pure flat straight line on a trail, I wanna see how they fair in a handling battle

I raced a Honda 700 several times tonight with my Z400 and iced em off lol and I've discovered Those Raptors with the big 3 get on down the track for sure! 💪 I wanna try some on the road tho cuz on the drag strip I do alot of spinning since I'm so light lol Good runs fam!!
Doesn't seem like a fair shootout I mean obviously they're not equal and the only time we have a shootout is when you have something equal other than that you could time bracket it meaning find out what the difference is on your time and your speed to a certain point and started that time so that they're equally going like three bike links for the 700xx or whatever it would equal up to and then see where it pulls to cuz obviously the raptors more souped up than the 700 is it's only got a pipe on it and of course it's got a little tuner but that ain't going to make up horsepower not like that anyway
I’ve owned a 700 double X and a raptor 700 the double X is way more fun but you gotta know how to ride it because it’s so tall of a gear You got to get on it first gear is very tall the Raptors turkey yes with the 700xx will haul ass also I enjoyed the Honda more

Thanks for watching man. This was a race with our machines, in this case the raptor is more supped up then our 700xx. I’m sure if our 700xx had some more goodies on it, it would be more of a fair fight. At this point I’m happy with it, it really is the perfect trail machine and has plenty of power for my use. I will monitor your channel and look for the vid 👀

That's a load of horse shit if I've ever heard it..lol I own a Raptor 700 SE and a text 700 has nothing for it and mines stock. Those programs can make your machine worse than before if it's not adjusted right and I'm pretty sure it's not working correctly if the Honda beat the Raptor. That's a fact!
for one thwe honda sounds like it needs valve adjusments and its not running right, a rapotr would not pull away that drastically and the hionda needs a intake. plus honda owner cant ride.

@@lifeatv I do kind of doubt it since sport quads are dying. Side by sides and utility quads are getting more hp and reaching top speeds around 80 mph. Plus, parents want their kids in a roll cage because of safety concerns. I still enjoy sport quads being a present owner of them.
I believe now that more and more people are tuning into Channels such as Pete, sabo, ononewheel and so many more that the popularity in sport quads keeps growing and growing every day! My hope is that Honda sees this trend and decides to come back because there is a market and an efi trx I believe would do amazing in sales
My ltr would 100% smoke a 700 I literally put semi length on a 660 with a 686 bb an cam, along with a intake, an exhaust. I’ve smoked ALMOST all other 450’s. But my ltr450 isn’t stock. I got a 474 bb, stage 1 cams, procom programmer ecu, 550cc fuel injector, fuel customs intake, dasa full exhaust. Stock gearing an 20inche rear tires

You are comparing apples to oranges. I like my ltr450r on tracks and smooth trails but my 700xx is way more capable on semi rough trails. And the rougher they get the bigger the gap becomes.
those two quads are built for different types of riding. i have a trx700xx and i have out ran raptors before. i have also lost to raptors before. one machine has solid rear axle and one has independent suspension. that in and of itself set the two machines apart. honda though has always built a better machine. i mean yeah the banshee is awesome but the 250r is a king of all kings. even the 250r threewheeler. then you also have the 200x and 350x. anyway you can tell who i love. lol. great video though but id like to see a video with the same machines going up steep rocky rough terrain at the hatfield mccoy trails. ive taken mine there and the 700xx destroys the raptor in that terrain. the raptor is to be on a nice level flat track where you can do a pretty slide around the corners. oh and these machines are also 9 years apart and one is more tuned than the other,
Yeah nah. Unless you're doing some crazy weird off camber rock crawling type stuff, the raptor will smoke the 700 in 80% of most people's applications. Saying Honda has always built a better machine is just not true. If they built better machines than the raptor and yfz450, they'd still be making them ;)

I have a trx700xx and a outlaw 525 irs and have never lost to a raptor or 450. One tooth down on the front sprocket.
