Krones ErgoBloc L - A lot of machinery in just a small space

- When it comes to its output per square metre, the ErgoBloc L is a
record breaker. For this wet-section block blow moulds, labels, fills and caps up to 81,000 containers per hour - and requires up to 70 percent less space than conventional systems. The reason: Standard systems are made up of individual machines connected with conveyors. The ErgoBloc L, on the other hand, is a compact allin-one
system in which all steps are smoothly intertwined. This is good for
your production process, but bad for space-consuming conveyors. For such space wasters are banned from the ErgoBloc L, as are sources of faults, energy wasters and power consumers. - Наука та технологія
I am a new graduate of mechanical engineering, I got a training opportunity in one of the factories that use your machines in Sudan.
It is wonderful and fascinated me, I hope to learn more and develop myself and be with you in this prestigious institution
Glad to hear that! Thank you! :)
Absolutely brilliant! As a young Mechatronics engineer myself I aspire to work with Krones soon and be a part of this great organization.
Thank you! You're free to send us your application whenever you like!
Impressive the level of engineering that Krones develops!
That's so kind of you, thanks!
Absolutely brilliant!
I can't believe my eyes I work in old version technology I'm never see something like that congratulation Krones
Thanks for your feedback, it's a pleasure to hear that you like our new technology!
this is what i've been looking for. reaaly want to make a mineral water industry. please, how could i know the detail
Wouldn't such an "all in one" type system be more prone to line stoppage? We as production managers wish for longer and longer buffers between each station so as to increase average daily output. The smallest fault from the blow moulder to the filler would cause this entire line to stop completely right? Thereby reducing average daily output? Just curious.
Due to the Servo Joint Control, you can electronically decouple the blow moulder, labeller and filler from the block. The benefits of the SJC are: Automatic decoupling during malfunction; Automatic synchronisation during restart; Manual decoupling of individual machines for efficient changeover processes. Here you can find out more about the ErgoBloc L: www.krones.com/media/downloads/ergobloc_l_en.pdf
all compact and easy!
Thanks for the positive feedback!
Amazing technology but question is after blowing bottle is not pressurized (not filled) then it might affect the proper labelling, pls throw light to clarify ?
Thank you! You can find more information about our ErgoBloc L here: www.krones.com/en/products/machines/wet-section-block-ergobloc-l.php
Quite interesting all-in-one system.
I'm in the process of upgrading my water factory, can get some from Krone to get in touch for a quote pls.
Ane Beke The prices of our lines vary according to their equipment and the requirements of our customers. Because of that there is no general price that we can inform you of. In order for us to be able to forward you to the next person in charge, you‘d need to disclosure some more private information about your company, like it‘s name, it‘s e-mail adress etc., which you might not feel comfortable sharing in the comments of a UA-cam video. Thus, if your still interested in our ErgoBloc L, please contact us via e-Mail at socialmedia@krones.com. Thank you!
I work at ice river springs water bottling plant I run one of these on our line 3
That's amazing!
Keren....
How much is the capacity and speed of ergoblock L??
Hello Jared, our Ergoblock L has an output of up to 81,000 containers per hour! :)
How about its ring tank capacity how much??
@@jareddael5484 Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, there is no clear answer for your question, because the tanks differ depending on the tasks and size of the filler. Key characteristics of the liquid and containers determine how fast the containers can be filled. And that determines the volume of the tanks. But in general we can say that the tank of the filler is “only” a buffer tank.
@@krones thank you so much..ergo block the machine is very unique and easy to mainteananace give the best line efficency out put.

How much cost?
Unfortunately, we can not say that in general. On the one hand, the prices of our lines vary according to their equipment and the requirements of our customers. Moreover, out of respect for our clients, we are unable to disclose the costs of customer projects.
