Like "users who were afraid of this idea also enjoyed this scenario" and sometimes it's like pressing the autocomplete keyboard suggestions and it doesn't mean anything

If you just observe from the deep and label each thought e. g. "anxiety", "worrying", "planning", "ruminating" etc, you give them the minimum of attention they need to fuck off again... I mean to let the surface calm down
