I cannot wait to watch this. I just learned that my ancestors travel to America because of this fire.
Wow 😳 Did any of your family members leave some kind of journal or some kind a documentary what they thought happened that would be pretty cool
Sorry about that.
that's very interesting. but I like many Americans had British ancestry that came over in the 1600s .. hell some of mine were even rich 😂 not that any of that money is in my pocket... but you know definitely that it was because of the fire? it's very interesting. I went to London about 5 years ago. I'm glad they left 😂
@@joeyjohnson4826 I'm not exactly sure of anything at this point. I'm just learning how to do all of this research. It's turning into quite a journey! I can't wait to find out when and where are my family came here. The only thing that I have found new is that they were Quakers.
@@moniquecaton3285 very cool enjoy the journey 😎
This is very interesting. I've been up the Tower and also followed along what was the path of the fire when I visited London. I find that old city absolutely fascinating. So much amazing History everywhere you go. Sadly, we arrived the day after the attack on London Bridge a few years back. We walked there to pay our Respects and noticed that regardless of the large amount of people around, you could hear a pin drop. Understandably, the city was very somber, and that whole area was totally silent. Someday I would love to go back to London, and several other places in England that i enjoyed so much and so many more that I never had the chance to visit. Cheers from your friends in Niagara 🇨🇦✌️
My 8th Great Grandfather was born in Walsham ,Norfolk and came to America before this fire. Ironically, 10 years after this fire, my Grandfather was a participant in Bacons Rebellion in Virginia. They actually intentionally burned Jamestown to the ground and my Grandfather was executed in Virginia
Thank you for such great program. I love it❤❤❤. From Vietnam
Gorgeous documentary by a gorgeous woman
*Medieval* is not an adjective that properly applies to the year 1666, despite what this purported “historical” documentary suggests. The *Restoration* occurred in May 1660, bringing the merry, often somewhat “profligate” Stuart royal court of King Charles II back to England, after 11 drab years of Puritan Republican rule under de facto military dictator Oliver Cromwell had ended. The period is thus called “the Restoration,” and we literary-historians consider it to be part of the “early modern” period, *NOT* a part of the medieval age, which is conventionally dated as being between 450 CE and 1485 in English history.
It was Michael and his dang flamn drake🤣

Charles II had “only really proved himself in the areas of gambling and womanizing”? SLANDEROUS!
He was also in a fashion war with the King of France.
I hate it when these documentaries feature the narrators mugging about. Dan Jones, yuck
Pages missing- broken printing press... not plausible. Whoever made the book, would not have skipped page numbers or added blank / ripped out pages. .
This doesn't make any sense other than those pages were removed or the record was suspended until the next recording date.
Rob is a honey
Wouldn’t mind a video like this about the Lisbon Earthquake and subsequent fires and tsunamis
