Studies weekly is a great source for social studies homeschool work. It’s accessible online and comes with news articles for kiddos to follow along. I’ve used this now for the past 2 years.

We are doing first grade math with confidence and absolutely LOVE IT!
We did the Me on the Map unit study by Little School of Smith's for social studies and all three of my kids loved it.

We also picked explode the code and writing without tears! I’ll be using reading eggs for math, with maybe an online curriculum. I haven’t made up my mind yet. For history and science we also do unit studies. We keep super simple. But for the most part we’re unschoolers here! So for instance, if they want to bake or watch a movie. We’ll do that instead ♥️
We use The Waldock Way Unit Studies. Built in book and video suggestions are really handy. My kids love the coloring pages that come along with these Unit Studies.

Just found your channel! Love it. We use a lot of the same curriculum. We just finished math with confidence 1. My daughter loves it! All the games are so fun and it really teaches her number sense so well! I love it because it holds my hand and makes teaching math so easy which I needed because I’m horrible at it. We did Singapore math for kindergarten and really liked MWC much more.

I use Usbourn Childrens Encyclopedia and have my kids go in and pick things they want to learn about. We read a lot of books, do projects when we can, and I try to find any educational videos I can. We keep it as loose or rigid as we want and once we run out of new books to read we are done 😂
