I had a 1 duck hatch a few years ago and made the mistake of raising her a loner. Tweety went EVERYWHERE with me, she had to, it was bad, ducks are super imprinters. She mowed yards with me, I set up a boom speaker and a pan of water at my customers houses. She would jam by the music and sit in the water while I mowed! True story. People at Home Depot would follow Tweety and I through the store filming, she was hilarious. In our small town of 550ish, she followed me across the street when we were in town. She lived in a dog kennel in the house, and when it was time for her to go to bed she squawked and squawked all while going to her kennel. I didn't even have to pick her up, I just told her to go and she did. I let her out one night because she was being really loud and wouldn't settle down, I had done it before and it settled her. Welp, I fell asleep and she was got by a yote. I have a few filmings of her swimming in the tub, jamming to the music, and riding between my legs on the 4 wheeler. I miss her, she was fun, however, I don't recommend it, especially when they discover puberty, that's a story for another time.

I read tractor supply’s apology and it was well thought out and felt sincere. Just do business don’t get involved in politics that’s all I ever wanted. I will go back and support them now they also agreed to stop their carbon footprint crap and social credit score reporting. This is a win I will take it.

We were told that our church had enquired about renting a space in our local strip mall. The owner said they couldn't rent to our church because TS made them agree that they would not rent to churches as long as they were renting space. I took items back to Tractor Supply over a month ago because of their wokeness. Cashier asked why I was returning them and I referred her to the article of her CEO. She said she's been looking for another place to work cause business is really down and it must be because of that.
I weep for the loss. I'm so very grateful that I am in my Sr. Years but so saddened by what the demons ruling over us have ROBBED our young people of. I continually remind myself that GOD has got this and the outcome is in HIS hands and I just have to encourage and by example keep taking one step at a time but Lawdy some days I feel soooo weary. Years ago, I went to buy 4 Guinea keets.. There was one runner duckling. I bought all5 babies. When they got big enough, I moved them to the barn. Guineas flew over the fence. The runner ran along the fence crying for his family. One by one the Guineas returned, never to leave again.

As a small hobby style/ homestead farm, we have been railroaded by the USDA and here is why; We sold a dairy cow calf pair, and they are going to another state so called the vet for a health certificate, so we can also get a brand inspection. Now we're being told after having the vet appointment scheduled for over two weeks with a shipping date of July 2, and we're being told that the USDA made a test for bird flu for cows mandatory and it takes 4-5 days to get the results back from the state lab, this will not allow us to get her shipped via the new owner on the 2nd of July. Now we're all being held up and who knows if there are false positives and false negatives and what happens if the test comes back positive? So tired of big government infringement when we take NOTHING from the government, but rather pay and pay and pay, what better way to slow down our food supply than demand more testing on animals and expense on ranchers before being transported. We may find ourselves with a non-sale due to this hold up. GRRRRR
Family farm supply store that was here for 50 years until this year when the original owner's grandson decided farm supplies were too complicated for him so he turned it into an auto parts store, even though there is an Advance Auto Parts store almost within walking distance. Our local lumber store has picked up some of the slack but it's sorely lacking the coverage of the old store.
With Tractor Supply - $$$$money money money - Money talks BS walks! Their pockets were hurt badly. You are correct about our needs for our homesteads etc. But it goes to show how when their pockets are hurt they change their views.😘❤🙏🏻✨

My mom and brother started The Sundry Stores in Etowah, TN 28 years ago. My mom passed this past December. Her grandchildren are now for the most part running that store to keep it alive. 🙌❤️ I pray it keeps going through many generations 🙏

We go to the next town to buy from a coop. Hope they stick around a while. Locally we have a family owned feed store that is a bit higher priced, but ok in a pinch. I see a bit of chaos coming with the death of the oil dollar, etc, but then a resurgence. We the people are mostly in unity on these subjects. We must adapt, and recreate a much better deal. Have faith, but do what you can. And Pray.

I got bit by a tick May 26th. It is just now starting to heal. After 2 rpunds of antibiotics and steriods. All i could think of was your husband's issues he got from an infection (virus) i didn't even realize so much can happen internally from an infection.
Thankfully, We have an independent farm and ranch store here. They are affiliated with the Big R stores and carry everything we need: chicken supplies, beekeeping, small farm equipment, fencing, horse supplies, sporting goods, animal feeds, work clothes. That's where we shop. Our Tractor Supply looks to us like it's targeting the yuppie, mini acreage, 3 horses crowd, not actual ranchers and homesteaders.
We are very thankfull for you and your family also! Keep up the great works ! We will keep your family in our prayers also !
