Hey Saha .....You Are Doing Degree Or A Diploma In Algoma ?
To be honest I'm currently enrolled in Algoma University Brampton and my classes are starting from sep but i want to change my course but they said you can't take any certificate course cause your are not eligible for it then I wanted to take some Diploma course, they said they don't have any and the the last option left is to complete a 3yr course that has no demand in Canada orr just change the uni to clg which is what I'm thinking of doing so cause no option left. So, don't ever go to algoma University it's the worst uni here just go for any clg which suits you but not this f**king uni.
Believe it or not, the student is at fault too not only the consultant. When I got my offer letter from university in Australia, the name of the campus was written in bold letters on the first page itself with all other information on the first page.
So, you're saying the guy was too lazy to read few pages of offer letter by himself? Even if you hire someone to handle things on your behalf, it doesn't mean you should not do your own diligence.

This kind of thing has happened to me too in Montreal when I newly arrived in Canada last year January,not the campus shit,but they unduly issued me an LOA for Music Business Administration till before the time i arrived there,and just one week before commencememt of my course,they tell me that since they do not have enough number of students for the course in the English-Group in that course for that intake,i'd have to wait for the next intake or i take a course that they give me,i could not waste my visa time so i took another course not so apt for me,and my academics got ******!

For PR, make sure that you file "Information systems specialists 21222" in Express Entry; this is a TEER 1 occupation and usually requires a degree. I hope you can file it with a diploma. If you enter this NOC, it qualifies for STEM Express Entry draws with lower CRS cutoff. If you go for Ontario PNP, then there are a lot of rules concerning your employer.
@@laturlisa6141 For Ontario PNP (OINP), if working inside Greater Toronto Area (GTA), your employer needs to have $1 million annual gross revenue, min of 5 fulltime employers, be in business for 3 years at time of application, and conducted reasonable recruitment effort of locals before hiring you. If it is outside of GTA, then it is $500k annual gross revenue and min of 3 fulltime employees.

For Registered Nurse (RN), you need 4-yr Bachelor degree of Nursing in university. For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario, you need 2-yr college diploma in Practical Nursing. After graduation, all must study and pass NCLEX exam to get provincial nursing license. Quebec requires an additional French language test. No license, no work.

@@NYXZGAMINGYT IRCC announced 35 prioritized health occupations in 2023. These occupations will receive lower CRS cutoff during health EE draw for ITA. Look for "Express Entry rounds of invitations: Category-based selection" and review occupations in each category. Forget about medical school, many Canadians couldn't get in. Nursing is in demand but is not for everyone. Some health occupations require years of schooling, internship, and licensing.

This is not a "Dark Reality" - this is totally the fault of your Indian consultant. Ok your brother deserves some of the blame himself. He can always check with the college directly after he gets the admission. This could have been avoided.

When you paid 75,000/- to relax thinking everything is handled well by the experts and and when you gave no choice between campuses, just brampton. Its human nature to not dig into the details every time knowing its been handled and you paid experts for the same. When he came to know he asked for helped from the institution and they are lacking in guiding him to reach a clarified solution.

If you are not working in one of 82 prioritized occupations announced by IRCC in 2023, then you will need either high CRS score (511, 505, 517, 496, etc.) or PNP for ITA. Ontario PNP is more difficult than other provinces. That is the reason why people are going to Alberta and Prince Edward Island (the smallest province in Canada with tiny population) for easier PNP. You can find a fulltime job in Ontario, but it does not mean that you can get PR.
