When it comes to choosing the right lip balm for your skincare routine it can be hard to find one which will hydrate the lips and not dry them in the long term. Most drugstore lip balms do more harm than good and so in this video I want to share with you the best lip balm 2024 and an amazing skincare hack to remove wrinkles without botox just using your lip balm.

I'm using Torriden lip balm! It was rated pretty well on Amazon US. I had seen no UA-cam reviews, so I'm pleasantly surprised. My lips develop a rash with shea butter, cocoa butter, lanolin... So Torriden has been awesome!

My lips.....im ashamed to say that i have very much been ignoring them a lot 🙈. I use the softest baby toothbrush to brush my lips a couple times a week to get rid of dead skin and get the bloodflow going. Then i put on lipstick/gloss. And at night i put on a balm with bees wax amongst other things. It keeps them from drying out but i absolutely need something helping them to look better. Same brand as the firming cream and i will try it.

I’m glad you mentioned that most lip balms are drying. I gave up after applying several times a day. My lips are more moisturised without! I’ll add this one to my cart next time I do my yes style order. The firming cream you recommended by this brand arrived today. Looking forward to getting started with it!
Perfect timing on this vid, love it, thank you Rob! I've stopped using drugstore lip balms and have found Ole Henricksen's peptide lip balm, Drunk Elephant's Lippe Balm, Caudalie's balm stick. and the Ilia Lip Wrap to be very beneficial altho pricey...ADD TO CART baby!
I put a little agireline, matrixyl, polyglutamic acid and then cover with occlusive.. aquafor, castor oil, vaseline or strivectin lip mask.
If I want to use it during the day, I'll use a lip oil as the occlusive.
I've been doing this for a couple of months now and my lips are so much smoother and more hydrated.

I got NIOD lip product with peptides but now I am wondering if this is a better way what you mentioned. I might need to figure out exactly what does NIOD lip product has and will do , it definitely makes my lips smooth and hydrated . I apply aplha arbutin to under the eyes and on lips and it has helped a lot in removing hyperpigmentation of lips whioch is very common on skin of color
I have the Torriden lip balm permanently in my handbag. LOVE IT! It's the best, and the only thing that comes close to it, and is perhaps slightly better, is the Allies of Skin lip product.

James you always come up with the best hacks!!! I use petroleum jelly for eyes as a night cream after my retinal eye serum because I think it’s a great gentle occlusive product but this hack is brilliant! I am gonna try it!
I’ve been using Ameliorate intensive lip therapy as a night treatment, it has lactic acid so exfoliates and hydrates really effectively.

Tocobo lip glazed mask is the one 👌🏾 I'm really enjoying. Mainly bought it for the packaging but was surprised how it doesn't move 👀 I apply before bed and when I wake up, it's still there 😍 Repairs my lips of any chaps too so 👍🏽 no need for sugar scrubbing

Really loving a lip balm I got in Italy, has got ceramides as well! Its called Ceramol - theres a whole skincare range with ceramides, similar profile to the Skinceutical ceramide range

I did see this on Amazon and wondered if it’s good. I got the Naturium one on your recommendation and it is fab but quite pricey. Will probably try the bondi sands spf lip balm next as it’s one of the cheapest and has spf 😅 have you tried it before?

The new place looks lovely, thanks for the video. It took myself and my friends the whole of high school to realise we were addicted to Lip Ice. The had great flavours but lord they dried out the lips. My fave lip care is Nuxe. I also use it on my cuticles👌.

I put it on my lips at night, massage it in for around two minutes then lock it in with a layer of Aquaphor and massage that in for a minute. But I’m definitely going to try your hack too.

I usually just use a hyularonic acid serum and top with Vaseline - I love Torriden products though so will be trying this. I recently tried the Inkey tripeptide plumping balm but it tastes so awful I couldn’t continue!
I have loved everything I have tried from the brand so far they are really under talked about for how great the formulations are.. Haha I havent tried the inkey one but I will avoid it now lol. love x

I got that lip balm lol just plain clear balms … I love the Drunk Elephant Lippie Balm and I use my Clarins lip oil in Honey or Laneige Vanilla at night

@@MadAboutSkin I have this issue. I narrowed it down to the SLS in the toothpaste. I changed brands and use the Now brand of toothpaste with zylitol instead of floride and no sls...solved the problem.
I am using the Diadermine Lift hyaluronic emulsion. Has the same lifting effect and even cheaper.

@@MadAboutSkin It's actually called a serum. Super filler Lift serum by Diadermine. I think the consistency is more like an emulsion, though.
Is there anywhere in the UK that you can purchase this, please? It seems you have to spend quite a lot of money for free shipping and I only want to try this one item of lip essence.
Unfortunatly I dont know of anywhere as its hard to get Korean brands anywhere but online in the UK.. Hopefully that will change soon though.. love x
I bought this after Kelly Driscoll raved about this, and I think it is OK. It is nowhere near as good as the MAS Lip Balm, nothing nourishes my lips better than that. Waiting for you to revamp/restock your website so I can order another pot alongside the Peptide serum.

I use some very basic lip balm that works great. It's called Sierra Bees Organic Lip Balm and I buy the plain unflavored.
The ingredients are: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Cera Alba (Beeswax)*, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).*Organic
Best of all, they're very inexpensive. I'm not sure I'd want to put this on my face though, something this heavy would most likely make me break out.

Unfortunately this one is not working for my lips… as well as allies of skin and tones of others. That’s interesting that my face is so easy and I can use anything on it with no irritation. Like all the sensitivity gathered on my lips.

That’s been my secret weapon lip balm for about 2 years now. The only thing is that it gets REALLY stinky after awhile… Similar with other slippery lip balms/gels (maybe it’s the ones that have isopolybutene as the first ingredient)

I tried this lip balm but didn’t love it. After it dries down, it feels like there’s a strange film on my lips. I will try it on my face though.
@@heartshapedbear yeah meant to say it's good for severely dry lips cos it sinks completely depending on dryness. I had severe cracking and it worked in 1 go.

You lost me at the hylauronic acid ingredient. Hylauronic acid has been my worst nightmare. It ruined my face and over time has made me look older than I am.
Oh gosh sorry to hear that - I am the same if I use too much and its in a lot of products so I keep the amount I use to a small amount and I find I am ok with it.. love x
