This breaks my heart and cures it... The Todoroki family was so happy for a while... Before Touya's quirk hurt him; Enji was a good dad and Rei wasn't suffering... Then Touya's quirk stated burning him, Shoto was born and Touya got neglected and everything... Why couldn't this have happened... 😢
@@mavis353 Yea.. she was arranged to him because her family needed money... Though... It seemed like since Enji was actually pretty nice at that stage... Maybe she wasn't getting abused yet... The story only shows her getting physically and verbally abused after Touya starts burning himself... Though Fuyumi was born very close to Touya which I don't understand because if Enji thought Touya would succeed why have another kid?.. it's very vague... Though I do think maybe Rei wasn't abused until Touya started burning himself... That's why I said she wasn't suffering... Though it's a head canon of mine so we can't be sure...- WAIT actually... Since Enji remembered her favourite flowers and dropped them off I do think he loved her and treated her well before .. so maybe her marriage wasn't abusive yet... I don't wanna give too long of a paragraph
@@mavis353 though with the current evidence, since Enji remembered her favourite flower, brought it to her in the mental hospital, and right now is trying to make up and Rei is willing to forgive.. I feel like it wasn't abusive until the entire "Endeavor going psycho crazy" phase
