It's only taken my entire life to actually have a go.
Takes me back to the 70's when I worked in the R'nD dept at HH in Cambridge... need to dig out an old picture of us testing speakers on the roof of the building - see if you have a clue as to what the gear was... love your 'stuff'.....

@HarderThanConcrete Just realised that the cabs and I were on the factory roof - But 99% of the test equipment was actually back inside the building - and we'd cabled over to the roof... Have an image o cab on roff with 'unidentified gizmo' sitting on top... But cannot see how to attach here - Hey ho.... looks like you're 'outHainbaching' Hainback with all your amazing gear!

How do you compose/decide your graphic scores?
Sometimes I just jam out a random track with no prep, but if I'm doing a graphic score I stick a column of the available sound sources to the left, and a time axis in seconds along the bottom, and just draw something I imagine might sound interesting. I'm not doing anything particularly mathematical at the moment but plan to do something a bit more like that once I've got my head round it.

You could use a separate mic. It's hard to understand what you are saying. The built in mic sounds very garbled.
@@David13Rome Yeah annoyingly it's a separate mic which I got for the purpose, but it's not a very good one! That's another thing to tweak for next time 😁
