Thank you so much amazing! I have a question, If I already have a database of names and emails and I would like to send them an email to notify them that they have access to the login page without them having to go again through the registration... Will I be able to do this on formulator? thx
Hey 🙂 This can't be done in Forminator currently, you could use this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/ which would help you import your current list and there is an email notification section to send them an email to notify them. I hope that helps
Amazing tutorial, really clear and concise, however I am having one issue, whatever account i creat with the signup immediatly have access to my wordpress dashboard, how do i prevent this?
Hey 👋 thanks for your comment and question. This can't be done within the plugin itself but what you can do is create a logout item in your website menu and point it to the default WordPress Logout URL. So when the user clicks the logout link/button in the menu they will be logged out and then you can use a redirect to direct them to whatever page you want them to be logged out to. I have a question and hope you may respond. I am using the login form and it has the forgotten password url which when I click defaults me to the wordpress change password menu, is there anyway to change this? I have my own password reset url that fits my website style
Hey 👋 you should be able to do this by adding the plugins wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ and wordpress.org/plugins/content-control/. If you create a new user role for each course and then use content control to hide the other course pages from that user role. You would need to set up the Forminator registration form with an additional select field where the user can select the course and then use the 'assign role conditionally' setting in the User Registration tab to then assign the user role based on what they choose from the select field. This might be something we cover in a future video 🙂

Hey 👋 Forminator Pro is installed on the demo site but you don't need the pro version to follow this video. Forminator is packed with features in the free version
Hi I'm, just wondering, how do you log off when you are registered and logged in? and Where do you manage all registrated accounts? How to delete them as an administrator? How to get a full Excel sheet out of all the registered members?
Hey 👋 to log off when logged in users can click on their avatar in the top right corner and then log out or you can add a logout button to the website menu and use this link example.com/wp-login.php?action=logout remember to replace example.com with your own website. You can manage all accounts by navigating to 'users' in the menu on the WordPress dashboard and delete accounts there too. You can integrate your user registration form with Google Sheets by following this guide wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#google-sheets and that will automatically add each user that registers to a sheet. Hope that helps 😀
