- The Band of HM Royal Marines Collingwood performing at the Avenches Tattoo on Saturday 2nd of September in Switzerland.

The band were under the direction of their Director of Music Captain Phil Trudgeon RM and led by Drum Major Cpl Bugler Mike Kortbeek. The band proudly form the shape C III R in honour of His Majesty the King's recent appointment as Captain General of the Royal Marines.

In my opinion the Royal Marines Band are the best
Agree. Used to live at RAF Swingate just north of Dover and often used to go and the RM School of Music band when it was in Deal.

All our Military Bands are excellent.
Fabulous display as usual from the Royal Marines. World leaders in this kind of display. Loved the CIIIR they went into at 7:30.
Brilliant Performance as per usual from any Marine Band. Looking forward to listening to their new CD, which I have been told will be very good.

Pity of the venue where is held. Doesn't hold up to the the magnificent royal marines and the British brass bands. There is no atmosphere.
They put on a superb show regardless of where they are, so thankful for that. Well done soldiers.
