I can tell from your videos that you are a genuinely kind and sweet person. You complimented the shop in London, complimented the book and its author, used stuffed animals to do a cute skit for all of us, and thanked your dad for the teapot. This was truly beautiful artwork and I enjoyed it immensely. How I would have liked to have reached through the screen and eaten that petit four right off that plate! Thank you so much.
This is the best and most easy petits fours cakes that I have seem made. The steps are detailed and well explained and not complicated with the ingredients. Really well done and just beautiful.
Stunning from start to finish! Thank you for being so detailed about how you made the roses, people usually breeze by that step and I find it the most tricky.
Thank you for your compliment. in my opinion the size can be adjusted according to individual preferences, as long as it's not too big, it's still ok. I personally like to make it a little bigger so I can decorate it in more detail ☺️ Hope this helps.
These Petits Fours are so very beautiful. I can't wait to make them myself. Thank you so much for the time and patience you take in all your explanations and demonstrations. Just one little tip: In English we do not pronounce the L in half - we say haf (I know English has so many words that are spelled in ways that don't make any sense.) - Best wishes in all your dreams of having a cake shop.
Thank you so much for your support and teaching me something new. Apologize if my pronunciation is not good, I'm still learning to be better every day. I’m glad that you like it.
@@BEMBUMKITCHEN: Your English is wonderful. Please do not apologize. I just thought you would like to know and you are wonderful. This video is the best one on Petits Fours and the most beautiful ones I've ever seen!
I've been looking for a lovely Petits fours recipe for my Aunt; She just got out of the hospital . I wanted to make her something special ,and not to be to overwhelming like a tiered cake. Do have a question, where did you find the leaves and bottom trim molds?
Hi, You can buy online; kindly find the link of tools in my description box below the video -> Straight frill cutter and leaf petal veiner. Hope this helps.
Some people use Glucose as a substitute for Corn Syrup but I have never tried it (the ratios are very different). Kindly search for other recipes that use Glucose as a substitute. Hope this helps.
@@Hello-ku1si Yes, you can use maple syrup to make modelling chocolate, but it will behave differently than using corn syrup or glucose. The resulting modelling chocolate may be softer than traditional recipes, so adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your desired consistency. Keep in mind that because of the moisture in maple syrup, your modelling chocolate might be less stable in warm conditions. The maple syrup will add a distinct flavour, so be sure to consider that for your project.

They are beautiful, that is for sure. Great work! They aren't the bite size petite fours I've seen. So is their size because they are vintage?

Why are you whispering? I stopped watching after 5 minutes...just too annoying.

Sorry, would love to watch but can't because of the over-exaggerated voice...
