Thebeauty of this presentation is beyond words! Amazing, to see how well the animation is embeded into the whole panorama! Impressive, the way movement melds with the artwork!
One thing only: the original is not meant to be hung in its entirety, it is a handscroll meant to be view section by section. But I can understand that you want to see it like displayed here, it is indeed a masterpiece.
In case you haven't noticed, I believe it requires a lot of computer graphics and programming/technical skills to make this cartoon on a big screen, which depicts very boring activities, to work. I think it's quite amazing! I am not a computer genius. I am sure it does not really mean anything to those computer wizards who have done bigger and better things than this.
I just loved it. Especially the music which I went on to hear other utubes to get more. I liked the parts of the video that showed the camels dematerializing which I guess is the tech method for repeating or continuation of the animation. It reminded me of how we are here one day on the great screen of (river of life) and simple poof, are vanished and materializing elswhere. You know? Make you smile?
Can you believe the original painting is only 24.8cm height 528cm long? You may enjoy the beauty of the painting more easily after listening to 會動的清明上河圖 蔣勳講座1~5

重文重武，可以同时进行

北宋初期有过两次北伐，赵光义都差点丧命，那支军队战斗力是比较强的，打不过北方游牧民族啊！实在打不过啊！你能怎么办？
真正往上推，最根本原因是石敬塘割让燕云十六州，北方防线无险可守。
