I woke up with ringing in my head. I have bad anxiety this did not help. However been to the doctor's today. I have ear wax in both ears and an ear infection. I have also been referred to ENT. My ears will be flushed out in a week or so. Hope the ringing/ humming nosie stops or at least reduces.

It's best to consult with your physician to determine the cause of your tinnitus. Tinnitus masking apps may be helpful whenever your tinnitus is bothersome. Here's a playlist with more information: ua-cam.com/play/PLz1ItE-u7p792c_Wjd7Ot5W2_zSdqZChN.html

@@ProFitHearing This doesn’t help. I’ve been checked by every doctor, all of them said I was normal in all findings. I have white noise in my head that comes from inside brain. Nothing to do with the hearing apparatus. It’s a brain malfunction. Doctors have no idea what causes it. I had no brain damage of any kind. The only feasible possibility is parasitic infection. But American medical system has no way of knowing about parasitic brain infection and how to treat it unless infection brings you down to severe symptoms that are difficult to treat. If you survive the too- late-life-saving procedures you are a celebrity then, and tv news will broadcast “miracle brain disease victory” and it’s a great news. When in fact parasitic brain infection is treatable in early stages. Regular people don’t know where to turn for that treatment. Primary care physicians know nothing about that. Best case scenario you’ll be referred to a neurologist, who also does not know what to do with it. And then touring of the doctors specialists begins. Only to find out that no one knows what it is and least of all how to treat it. And then you just slowly deteriorate, other diseases take over the weakened immune system, and then you die of “natural causes”
That’s the American traditional medical system.
