I think you're thinking of Syudan Jisatsu, also a deadly band! They were finnish(i believe) dudes who recorded in japanese. Frigora is from Kawasaki city:)
No its true, they collaborated with a Swedish band "diskonto" on a later album, that wrote in their official website that they in fact sang in Swedish
