How can we convect block 2 amount into cents and what is the difference between VAT exclusive and VAT inclusive price

Why do you want to convert block 2 amount to cents?
However to convert rands to cents you multiply by 100
Excluding vat =amount where vat is NOT included
Including vat=amount where vat is already contained inside.

If a person used 740kwh
And the blocks are as follows
Block1 580 kwh
And amount are in cents Vat included
So how am i going to calculate total electricity bill in rands
And the amount are as follows
128,59c block 1
Block 2. 143,43c
