YSL Affiliate QZ Claims Young Thug Was Not Involved in IF Gang Member's Murder

- Back on the stand for a third day, YSL affiliate Quindarrius Zachary answered some questions surrounding the death of Donovan Thomas Jr. Zachary stated Young Thug found out about Zachary's murder after it happened. He also testified he put the blame on Shannon Stillwell because he did not like him.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

Right. It’s surprising that civil lawyers get to depose witnesses but criminal defendants do not.
They got these answers from him...he just didn't realize he'd be answering them in front of the people he told on.
NONE of the witnesses, and I mean ABSOLUTELY none of them wanted to testify. So no she did not prep her witnesses, they don't like her. They tried telling her before this trial that they lied and the state still went forward.

Gunna's lawyer was able to get gunna a ALFORD plea deal which solely applies to him and his case. Gunna lawyer came out and explained everything time ago but everyone was fascinated by gunna statement calling him a snitch etc. nothing gunna said in his statement plea cannot be used in any ysl trial that's why it's pointless for the prosecution to call gunna as a witness
