With all respect it takes no skill, you can find people peddling this technique in most tourist hotspots, you can do this yourself easily as it's muscle memory following the steps and not actually artistic skill hence why they can make hundreds of these is little to no time
The hardest part about this art is finding the newspaper to crumple on it! (In all seriousness the people who do this are extremely talented, but I had to go for the joke!)
