I'm puzzled but then so are a lot of people. What I want to know, but do NOT seem to find a conclusive answer, is can you see from the outside INSIDE during the night? I really don't get the idea of what makes this style of blind to be called 'Day and Night' blinds. OK ... It's daytime, I want to be able to see out but allow light in so I have a choice to set how much light enters the window. But at night I want to adjust the blades so that they completely close because I don't want anyone to see in. I want the choice of privacy during the day (as in, set the blinds so it's not easy to see out without someone seeing directly in) whilst at night I want to shut out everyone outside whilst being private because they cannot see in The issue here is that if I had horizontal blinds or even Venetian blinds I can have a great deal of privacy in how light bounces from the blades and hence creates privacy. With the same blades, vertical or horizontal, I can tip the blinds to the 'Closed' position and no-one can see in. So ... What does Day and Night blinds actually do for NIGHT time privacy assuming they do offer some day time privacy?
You can move the blinds up or down until both clear stripes line up then you can see through the lighter parts similar to seeing through a net curtain or move the blind a bit so the dark part covers the light gap and then you can't see out nor can anyone see in at night with your light on
Some have a gap in the bracket. You poke a small flat head in to push the clip in, to pop it off. Right in the middle of each bracket for 247blinds. I hope that helps.
Thanks but my question is...can i really see outside during the day??
The answer is no!! They block out so much natural daylight!
No buy venitian
This is what puts me off

How well do these blinds keep cold out?

They're clipped in on brackets. Back of the bracket you can push up on a small plate, as you do angle the whole unit until you hear it unlock.
Hammer.
