Ohhh...😒😒it might have been soft because of two reasons; first, that while making the dough you might have not added the correct amount of ghee and given time for dough to rest to get perfect khasta results and second, you might have not fried them in correct temperature of the oil. Also.pls ensure the dough is hard.. of you kneed the soft dough.. to soft hi banegi kachouri... Kam kam pani le ke dough banaiye... Fir low - med aanch pe fry kariye.. wo dhire pak k hi kurkuri hoti hai.. tez aanc pe banane se puri ki tarah soft ho skti hai
