Deep talks >> I've always hated birthdays, for some reason it would be the worst day of the entire year. I hated all the attention, from a kid to having no one show up to my birthday to planning of parties of who to invite, where it's held and everything that comes to it. On the day I would feel like the most loneliest person in the room wanting to be anywhere but at my party. But this year, I said 'screw it' and let's make it something I actually want because I never really felt like I did something for myself. And it was truly wonderful not caring about anything. For the first time, it felt special. I'm not saying to never throw a party ever again but I think it is SO important to not forget the essence of why birthdays are kinda important in the first place. To mark YOU as a beautiful, strong person born on that very special day - deserving of limitless happiness and love. So if you are reading this and you feel the same way, go and celebrate it YOUR way
