I love learning things from real professionals, the real ones sometimes make mistakes and remedy like me when I paint a wall, you are an excellent plumber and thanks for the time you share with us. That Milwaukee mini vacuum is the best thing. I run service calls and that is the first tool I pull before working on a toilet. Great tools you have!

I tell my customers in addition to a service call charge I require 1 roll of toilet paper,he he he most of them have a good sense of humor, one guy told me today he used to cough to cover a fart now he farts to cover a cough.

Technically a double nut not a double bolt 😜
so many miscues as i work in terms. i hear them all the time. lol
having the nuts holding bolts in the tank wont stop a leak when the rubber's failed..... for years they never had anything holding the bolts, but some plumbers would add them to make it easier for tank install. on well water and no in tank junk, they often last 40+ years before rubber fails! often the flush valve erodes and leaks or gets broken off fiddling inside the tank.
now on city water, "good luck chuck" no pun intended at the old saying :))
