      Ran one session and it was fun! Really great system! Love the way the falling stats escalate the danger and how "Catching Your Breath" has the risk/reward tradeoff of resetting the stats but also introducing interesting complications. Looting felt a little disappointing given the result of 1-14 (70% chance) means not finding any "Items", so I might have players roll on a "junk" table for those results so at least they find something. Might also hack in something like Position & Effect from "Blades in the Dark" and use more progress clocks for obstacles. I'm trying to find a way to codify some simple rules for base-building, but I'm not sure how well that'll go since I haven't seen a really good mechanical base-building system yet (or whether it'd fit with the spirit of the game).

      @@rpdeshaies Pushing yourself to beyond your limits is actually a common trope in K-dramas that served as the inspiration for Sageuk, so there are several sub genres that could work well.
      My initial thoughts were a group protecting a person from a long-term assassination plot, a resistance or spy game based on “Assassination (암살)” & “Mr Sunshine” or something inspired by the 2015 movie “The Tiger” (대호).
      I could also take the route of adapting the rule system for a political/social conflict game. Each roll is a push against the status quo. The more you push a certain way, the more likely it is to face pushback, hence the falling dice values. The backpack is backroom alliances or secrets you know to bring in help when you need to get the ball moving.
