Even with go pros issues you’re putting together great content and editing. Thanks 😊
In the soup! Another great vid. Thanks for sharing, Grant. :)
Always good to see you flights As to forgetting the ice protection and the squawk, as I've said many times, my next absolutely perfect flight will be my first.
Haha ain’t that the truth!
I really enjoy your videos! I am a school teacher is Rye, New York. My dad was a public relations writer for the freight division of American Airlines during the early to mid 1970's. Got to hang out around some big freighters at JFK. Any way, love your videos as it really puts you in the co-pilots seat. Pilatus looks like a great plane to fly.
That’s sounds like a great experience growing up Chris! The Pilatus is a really great plane to fly. Amazing takeoff and landing performance and good cruise speed especially for a single-engine plane that large.

I missed this flight video Grant
I see you came in over I-95 in philly. I always love the west to east approach and love how the smaller aircraft land on that runway.
Another great video Grant….Thanks so much for sharing!🛩
Like always love picking up the IFR Clearance for you
Hey Grant, nice to see you. Kinda of messy flight conditions on that trip. Looking forward to next flight, thanks for the stats. 👍👍👍
Thanks Mark!
Thanks for sharing an interesting flight Grant. Great to see you. As always I appreciate your approach to flying and editing! I hope you and the family are having a good summer! 😎
Thanks Randy!
Glad to have a new video sir!
Thanks, it’s been too long!
awesome job. I couldn't find fault with either landing Grant
Thanks Larry!
Awesome!
My scenario is I wait until ATIS starts again and right when he says the altimeter ATC says something and I miss it! AAAGH!
Their timing is almost too spot on!🤔😂
Good job Grant . . . hey I'll take those landings any day, mine have been a little "firm" lately . . .
Got to figure out how you did the flashing circles to highlight info on the PFD!
Thanks Ron!
Great video once again Grant!! Seems like you struggled quite a bit to get the ATIS there. Ending the flight off with a smooth landing is always the best feeling in the world.
Yeah I had several difficulties on this flight! Lol
@@GrantBaker Are you going to Oshkosh ?
Yep! Flying up for the day Thursday.
@@GrantBaker Awesome. I'm jealous !! Definitely one of the top things to do on my bucket list. Please share some photos
I flew in for the first time last year. It was definitely an experience! I’ll plan to have the cameras rolling again for the flight in. 😁
Great to see another of your videos.
When you get cleared to a flight level do you now switch to standard? That’s how it’s done in Europe
We switch when passing into or out of the flight levels.
Did you shutdown at that first aerodrome? was it just a fuel stop.
Also why not set cruise power to pilatus recommended 780 ITT?
Another great video btw
Thanks! Yes we shut down, it was a stop to pick up another passenger. The 780 recommendation is for climb power, not cruise. I always set cruise power per the book.
That was painful listening to you try and get the clearance at PTK. Might be a good idea to concentrate on the taxi vs attempting to do that and write down a and understand a clearance. Even 121 aircraft have been known to clip a wing or taxi way light even when both pilots are paying attention. Once those wheel start rolling you eyes and attention should be outside.
Yes it was painful for me too. As soon as he started reading the route I realized I wasn’t going to be able to do it while taxiing, which is why I waited to respond until I was stopped on the ramp.
