This drama was one of the best ones I have seen. It was so well written and executed. The cast, the pairing and the chemistry between them is so amazing too. I would love to have a season 2 with Qing fen's story. His life travelling as various characters in different books until he finally finds his love
I just think Tianxing deserved more scenes and development in this story. He is way too good than Aoran, more likeable. It's a pity we could just have more of him in the last episodes. With his background story and struggles to survive among his creepy family, I believe he had such to show in the series... I'd happily watch more 20 episodes of just him being adorable and firmly confident in not an arrogant way as Aoran. I didn't feel attracted that much to Aoran as male lead, but Tianxing stole my heart completely (and how are they both the same guy?), even his hairstyle is way better 😂.
I cried when Aoran was left behind, and Tianxing took over. I missed Aoran, but was glad to see that Tianxing seemed to be interested in the female lead. But, it's Marcus Cheng. I like anything that he does. I really do admire him. Regardless of which character is more popular, I am trying to find an outlet to BUY the DVD. NOT available on Amazon. If anyone can recommend where the DVD can be bought, I sure would appreciate a heads up.
(Part 2) Xiao En asked Tian Xing why he will become Si Tu Ao Ran in the comic. Tian Xing said that maybe because Si Tu Ao Ran is Tian Xing's hidden characteristics ( his own characteristics that Tian Xing never show to anyone in the real world). Actually, Tian Xing is also afraid of darkness, but he never tell anyone and he tried to overcome it by himself. Tian Xing also said that when the moment he was felling to the ground from the rooftop (from ep 1), hopeless has came into his mind, so he just wanted to sleep for a long time without waking up. Without Si Tu Ao Ran, he might think that he will explode himself (sorry, Idk how to explain this) as he has too many hardtimes in his life as He Tian Xing. So after some few talks with Xiao En, Tian Xing asked Xiao En to marry him.
A short summary for the whole video: (Part 1) Xiao En has been looking for Tian Xing for the whole day, and finally Tian Xing appeared in front of Xiao En's house. She has worried for Tian Xing for the whole day. Tian Xing has bought Xiao En's favourite food Taiwanese chicken(Xian Shu Ji) for her, but Tian Xing doesn't know she likes the food ( only Si Tu Ao Ran knows!). So, Xiao En was suprised but she still thought that it's because Tian Xing has finished reading the novel, but actually Tian Xing has remembered all the memories from the comic world. Tian Xing remembered everything after he read the whole book, that's why he fainted and went to the hospital. Tian Xing started to say the secret they both knew to Xiao En to let her trust that he is Si Tu Ao Ran. At the end, Xiao En knew that Tian Xing is also Si Tu Ao Ran, so they both kissed then.

I thoroughly enjoyed this romance drama!!! The first few episodes started off in a weird way but it was really to set the foundation for the entire plot. Glad i didn't give up and continued watching. It got better soon and the sweetest romance unfolded, with crazy onscreen chemistry between the male and female lead.
