OMG my mom told me to do a tutorial on my rug years ago and I never did it. I made a rope rug for my aunt years ago. they are awesome. Girl I can't wait till my renovations are done so I can get back at it. this is beautiful sis I love it!! I used fabric spray for her rug.

Wow. You really are the best. This could be placemats. Smaller gauze knit it could be sown onto curtains. Soooo great. Also could be made into coasters. Love it.
What a great idea! That type of rug, in that size, would cost well over 100.00 in a Designer store (I found one very similar and it was 129.00). So you have a great idea that saves LOTS of money and is not difficult to put together---Now I'm making one for my Mom for Mother's day--Well done and thank you!

I just thought of something, that may be possible: You might even be able to do a stencil design on top of the rug with fabric paints--that sounds pretty cool:)
