I learned a long time ago never to go to Vegas with family. I had a trip from hell when we rented a car in Vegas to go to the Grand Canyon and everyone was fighting except me. I drove and turned on the comedy channel on the satellite while they all steamed. We got the Grand Canyon and it was ON FIRE. It was filled with smoke and we couldn't see anything! RIP to my brother Gene and to Jack Madigan.
Kathleen, you are going to have a lot of memories coming back to you as time goes by...believe me! My parents have been gone for almost 20 years, but it seems like yesterday that they were still here. And it's the little things that we miss most! Thank you so much for sharing Jack and Vicki with us. They were obviously a very loving couple and successfully raised a wonderful family! I know they have left quite a lasting impression on all of us. Please give our love to your Mom, and RIP to the great Jack Madigan!❤

Thank you for sharing your parents with us. I’m Sept 1965 also and can relate to a lot, especially what you just went through. After 2+ years of strokes, etc, I lost my Daddy in July and my Mama in Nov. both 2023. I hope Jackalope meets up with my M&D. They will def get up to some mischief. Love to you and your family.❤️❤️

I know how much you love them, and by sharing stories like this (that we all can totally relate to) I feel privileged to have known both Jack and Vicki from afar. I know Jack is up in Heaven fishing & golfing with God, until the day when you and Vicki will join with him. It’s heaven, so I assume there will be the perfect casino, with the perfect gambling set up, and great beer. I mean, heaven, am I right?!

So sorry Kathleen. Sending🙏🏻 .I lost my husband& Dad on 11/10 3 hr apart.take care of mom.. I'm an only child,stuck in friggen ♿️Also an ICU RN like ur mom🫶 your stories are so relatable & so real I love it.
I'm losing my house, lost cars. My daughter's trying to graduate high school. she's made it through this far with a 4.8 GPA, cheer, dance, Hosa , ASL honors,... 400 vol hours, Girl scout silver award..
but grief hits diff when its doubled & ur 17& 20...my oldest is quiet, stoic, sacastic;) in a good way...
Im scared to death-They literally have to dress ME,waiting 30 months for disability.. that's the gift you get when you care for strangers and save their lives for 23 years but no one will help you save your own. No health insurance you know this country can be crazy but I am still grateful for every day. Never saw being widowed same day as my mom coming,no income,soon have to leave my home of 24 years,thst I bought from my Godparents- & he just passed last month... I wont get into the last 6 yr w/ my husbsnd of 24 yrs- who was physically mentally emotionally not well and not kind for the last few years and I'll leave it at that. But he was their father and we only get one. My daughter is an so enjoy you. Since they took our cars we don't have Comedy Central/SiriusXM in a car, so we haven't heard the comedians in a long time. I'm so glad I found you on youtube. Thank you for all you do you don't know what a difference a giggle or a smile make when somebody just has a cloud of grief hanging over them, raining☔️ down,thru their eyes constantly.. the 7 Min listening to this, let the sun come out in a smile on my face😊🫶🙏🏻
