Are they durable? any kind of water resistance etc. ...

Outkast_XIII I bought a pair a few days ago from eBay; £29. I would say they are. The won't do great in resisting a large amount but they will keep your feet dry as it's a canvas/wool upper with nylon like coating on the inside. 2 decent visible layers of materials to keep your feet protected.
They also look and feel beautiful on feet.
