If you look closely it doesn’t set out from a bad place but it talks about our girls either eating great/ good food or endure for there goals for their bodies 👏🏼💖 This concept is definitely intriguing and interesting, not only because its the first of its kind but its the hardest of them all. Staying clear/ healthy in mind 🧠 body 🏃♀️ and soul 🧘♀️

Heart Light is the standout track of the mini album for me…it’s definitely got potential for being an anthem fit to be sung in a mega stadium venue…just hope one day I can be bopping along with it when the girls tour the world

I can understand that some people are not enthusiastic about the lyrics, but personally, I don't see the meaning of this song as an "encouragement" to diet but rather as a way of talking about it. To tell the truth, I think that if we want to make sure that the weight and the diets of idols in kpop become less and less toxic, we have to stop acting as if it was a taboo subject, even if it bothers. So I find it interesting that some songs start talking about it. And even if the song can be misinterpreted because of the fact that it sounds like a pretty happy song, I do believe the deep of the lyric should be taken seriously. Maybe it's not the way the song has been written, but as for me, I can interpret it like girls who want to have the perfect body 'cause people make you believe that it's what you have to do to fit in the society (especially in Korea tbh), but also who want to eat as much as they want (and so, to say it with other words, to be free). But once again, I can totally get that this song won't be appreciated by everybody. I just choose to believe that this song has been written cleverly. Also, I don't think it's a "toxic" lyric, because around 2:47 it says that, basically, whatever they'll choose between food and sport, or even both, they will be happy (correct ?). I think that bridge is the most important part, with the meaning that actually makes the song healthy rather than toxic. For me, it's the line that makes you understand the entire song.
