Yar don't take tension. FAST is not the end of world. I know people who graduated from Pakistan's unknown universities but they got skill set, are earning more than Rs. 1 million per month. Don't lose hope. Get admission anywhere in the university, learn skills over the time like web development, machine learning etc. and the world is yours In Sha' ALLAH. Now merit won't lower to 66. It may end up at 70.

Yar degree title was tu sahi hy means technically strong degree hy but ap kaisy kro gy, it all depends on this. I think it is much better than EE. Rest the decision is up to you
