Yes it is an off campus college but, the quality it provides in terms of education and infrastructure is unmatchable by some north campus colleges like ramjas, KMC, sgtbk etc. And the placements are also on the higher side , that's why the cutoffs are this much high.
The crowd is nice, you will see lots of students roaming here & there. college life is slightly boring as compared to north campus colleges. But if you are able to make good friends then nothing can prevent you from enjoying college life.
