I think your dam builds are very fascinating! Thank you for sharing them. I'm curious about your background/interest in miniature dams. How did you get started and how did you learn so much about them?
I showed the first bit to a friends dad, an old irish bricklayer. I have never seen an irish tradesman at a loss for words before, it's scientifically fascinating.
This must be his job. I've seen him make several of these. His engineering gets better and better with each one. By lowering where the water spins the generator, he increased the velocity = greater electrical power. Using a pipe also aids to prevent a worry of erosion. I suppose if there is a monsoon, he can pull the caps off the pipes beneath the dam if he has too. Might help to do that occasionally to prevent silt build up. I'd like to see an aerial view of where he is building these.

I believe your turbine blades are backwards in this particular build. You built the housing for a clockwise rotation but blades for counterclockwise rotation. Otherwise, I LOVE your dam videos! 😅

You should have 10M suscribers . And also I like that you build all with your hands not like other people that pretent to build it with hands but they use all type of machines. :)

La parte baja de la presa debería ser más gruesa que la parte alta, sino con el tiempo terminara cediendo a la presión, se romperá y el agua inundara todo. I have seen several of your videos and I see the same problem in all of them. You have not considered what happens if the pressure of the water on the wall of the dam increases. Do you divert a stream into these dams to power them, or do you fill it with a hose? I’ve always been confused how there is no upstream water during the build.
It would be bad ass to see some Radio Controlled Lancaster Bombers fly in and attempt a skip bomb run on one of these dams to see a reenactment of the famous air raid in WW2...
cool dam man. have you ever thought about building a mini train trestle cause as a railroad engineer or as you europeans call us train drivers i would like to see something like that.
Always so great to watch and you are so talented, just a question, what do you do with all these models/structures when you are finished, are they all located in the same area , or do you detroy them and rebuild new ones ?

Yes, they take a long time. They were made on my land and every time I was done I had to tear it down
