Around this time of '65-66 words lyrics poems and songs were pouring out of Dylan at an incredible rate and it seems he's in a rush to get them down in some form or other an immensely creative period for him thankfully there was generally someone about with a tape recorder running to capture these otherwise timeless lost gems. Shame many of them were never properly studio recorded but at least we have the rough draft to listen to. Amazing stuff Bob you'll always be appreciated as long as people wish to listen to real music.
