Cage Again is very good. It's a low budget series, but the story and characters are good. The chemistry of the protagonist is very strong. Their first kiss was well shot and the kids delivered . I have to say they are rookies and young, but they did a better job than many BL actors out there. I hope they get another project together, because they have potential.
I highly recommend Caged Again too. It is different and so cute. The actor who plays Junior is the most adorable penguin ever! Certainly worth the watch.

My top 5 of 2024: - Love in the Big City - My Stand In - Last Twilight - Century of Love - Time of Fever 2024 had a lot of good K- BL in the first half of the year then we have a long drought… Love for Love’s Sake was amazing as well. I also recently finished High School Frenemy and I’m obsessed with SkyNani.
Could not agree more on See Your Love. Everyone should be watching it! Perfect combo of fluff, drama and comedy. Shaopeng is now one of my favorite BL characters and yes the show is worth watching just for Jonathan 😅 He's so sassy and sexy 😍
HSF left a permanent mark on my brain, nothing beats the SkyNani chemistry. I loved We Are, even though it's trash, it's trash I love 😅(and the ensemble!!). Sucker for My Stand In because of Uppoom who could sell himself as a sack of potatoes and I'd buy it... I love Miseinen/Our Youth. Thank you for the recs, I'm defo checking out Peaceful Property and Caged Again.

i really like your category names so ill rate per it too my top 3 : - 10/10 make it my whole personality : 1- Unknown ( i mean the chemistry was just there and for the idea of brothers they weren't actually brothers the older boy just adopted him and yes if you watch kdrama all their plots the main leads fall in love from kids so its normal it happens a lot in series) 2- 4 minutes ( the chemistry- plot- cinematography was everything to me it was so good although i wanted bible character to be punished too)/The time of fever ( loved it so much and was so disappointed with the ending like we could've had it all but really it was so good) 3- I hear the sunspot ( the story was just so good i cried a lot from my heart here so its really special to me) / love for love's sake ( it was good the ending was confusing true but the chemistry was way too good) I'm not rating ongoing since i cant really judge but thamepo was so good from ep1 and see your love story is so good too. I think The Heart Killers and My Love Mixed-Up share the same problem. The actors are so loved by the audience, and the shows were highly anticipated, that GMMTV seemed to think 'We don’t need to put any effort into these because they’ll be popular no matter what😕
Putting those shows even in comparison is a crime.. I know everyone's got their opinions, but for me thk is such a good show I feel offended at the moment..😂
@@katara1610 I’m not comparing the shows, I really like THK a lot too, don’t get me wrong🙂 I’m just pointing out the issue of how both shows were rushed into production because of their popularity. I think the problem lies with the company, because P’Jojo is a great director, and I believe he and the actors did their best But the filming only took three months. On the other hand, HSF was filmed over nearly a year. I don’t know if you agree with me, but I can definitely see a difference in quality

The reason I responded to your comment was because, MLMU had much more problems than just a rushed production. It was 80% product placement and 20% story that wasn't very well written either, so I don't know if they just needed more time or a different script writter.. THK have occasionally some issues with the editing for me, but everything else makes up for it I feel, that's why I can't bring myself to put them into the same category..😅

Wow, the thumbnail got me wowed 😮 I totally agree with you with majority of the ranking. Some of them started off so well but merh in the middle and the end. My top 3 are 4 Minutes, Last Twilight(beautiful show); made me cry all the episodes and lastly Unknown(The Taiwanese show). Others like Spare Me Your Mercy, Jack and Joker, We Are and one of my favorite, not sure you've seen it "Every You, Every Me. Not forgetting The GLs, The Loyal Pin set the bar so high for me, i also enjoyed Blank ❤

What fun! Thank you! I absolutely agree about Jack and Joker! I love Yin and War but I had to drop it for the reasons you give. I loved Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo! One of my favorites of 2024. It was not toxic to me. It dealt well with traumatized characters. I absolutely adore Caged Again! So good! For me, The Heart Killers is boring. Love Your Sky and See Your Love! Thame Po! Yes! So good!
I get it. If you're a reactor and watch tons of series, and Tha Sign did air up against Last Twilight and My Stand-In and/or PitBabe, if I'm not mistaken, then you can get overwhelmed. The Sign had a dense plot, which I personally find great and easily 10/10, but for some ppl it might have been too complicated to retain in their minds. But that's not the show's fault. Also, The Sign will always get a blow in these rankings bcs either it won't get included at all, since it started in 2023, or it stopped airing so many months ago that ppl stopped being emotionally invested in it and give it a lower mark bcs of that. Objectively tho it's a great show and a very ambitious production, which advanced bl industry as a whole.
Why do so many people criticize Dunk?😔 He has grown a lot in the acting and he really deserves good words🤍 It's sad that you hear only negative things much more But everyone has their own opinion, which should be respected in any case🌸
I agree with most of your comments and THANK YOU for being honest when ranking some of the more popular dramas like Jack and Joker, We Are and My Love Mix-Up. My problem with these three dramas like you said with J&J the plot was all over the place and its a shame because i was looking forward to YinWar new drama for so long. War's acting was the only enjoyable point. We Are; i might be the only one that enjoyed Pond Phuwin scenes it was a simple love story. However the amount of pairings was just too much and didn't do anything for me also the episodes seemed like it kept repeating nothing really going on. My Love Mix-Up im really upset Fourth and Gemini's potential was wasted on this series in 2024. This Japanese style comedy just didn't translate well with Thailand comedy in my opinion i couldn't connect with the characters. My top 5 in no particular order -Last Twilight (i agree with you on the last two episodes totally unnecessary) -Time of Fever (I need a sequel NOW) -Love in the Big City (This is THE BEST korean LGBTQ show done) High School Frenemy (SkyNani is actually my obsession right now, i cannot emphasise enough how amazing the angst and yearning is in this show and it's not even a "BL") -Our Youth (not on your list but make sure to watch it, still one episode to go but i can definitely say its one of the best Japanese bl's made)

My fave this year not in order: -Last twilight (amazing series already rewatched it many times,, agree with u with the sunset part is should be the best ending, but not mad with the real ending still ok for me,, atleast we can see the whole family happily ever after) -City of stars (start the series as just to killing time since usually i'm not starting a series if i don't know the actors but ended up obsessed with it 🤭🤭 totally agree with all your comment about this series,, just perfect and i even rewatched it again with u and yeahh u also put justice how good this is,, sadly this series kinda underated isn't it) -Cherry magic (i love it cause naybe i love taynew and i don't watch the original japanese one,, so watching this story the first time was really good for me) -Century of love (love it and expecting a lot from it since the pilot and thankfully they really did great,, such a new and unique plot/storyline) -Peacefull property (agree with u this is BL and in the end they are married in my mind,, forcebook episode was amazing still playing in my head) -Spaceless (not expecting you will put it on the list but i'm so thankfull for it🙏🙏,, cause even this is just a part of MV but the storyline the acting the cinematography,, just everything is perfect. I think because the originals from Japan was done very recently so they are fresh in our minds and they were already very iconic. In the case of HSF, School 2013 is iconic but kinda outdated and having a more modern take on it makes it seem like its a whole new drama and a whole new experience

I always believe that we should not rate a show when we did not complete watching it or dropped it halfway. We can have an opinion if it's boring or whatever but I won't rate it cos I did not finish it. And High School Frenemy & Peaceful Property are not BLs.. why were they included tho.
I also 100% agree about Kidnap. Absolutely NO disrepect to Leng, but this role was too big for him, and Ohm is too good an actor for him (for now), even when given the dumbest script I've watched from GMMTV for a long time. Any time they had scenes together, the disparages in their acting skill was too apparent, it stopped me from immersing myself in the show to the point where I couldn't take it seriously at all. I really, really hope Leng gets the training he needs for Only Friends s2, because that cast is full of all stars and they are going to eat him alive at this rate loool

While the series follows Mee’s story, Day is his own person with the right to choose his path. Regaining his eyesight doesn’t mean he wasn’t happy as a blind person; it reflects his humanity and autonomy. The disappointment some viewers expressed shows a bias treating blind and sighted people as fundamentally different. It’s as if they’re saying blind people shouldn’t pursue what they truly want because it doesn’t align with societal expectations. That’s simply unfair.

I totally agree with you with majority of the ranking. Some of them started off so well but merh in the middle and the end.
My top 3 are 4 Minutes, Last Twilight(beautiful show); made me cry all the episodes and lastly Unknown(The Taiwanese show). Others like Spare Me Your Mercy, Jack and Joker, We Are and one of my favorite, not sure you've seen it "Every You, Every Me.
Not forgetting The GLs, The Loyal Pin set the bar so high for me, i also enjoyed Blank ❤

What fun! Thank you! I absolutely agree about Jack and Joker! I love Yin and War but I had to drop it for the reasons you give. I loved Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo! One of my favorites of 2024. It was not toxic to me. It dealt well with traumatized characters. I absolutely adore Caged Again! So good! For me, The Heart Killers is boring. Love Your Sky and See Your Love! Thame Po! Yes! So good!

I get it. If you're a reactor and watch tons of series, and Tha Sign did air up against Last Twilight and My Stand-In and/or PitBabe, if I'm not mistaken, then you can get overwhelmed. The Sign had a dense plot, which I personally find great and easily 10/10, but for some ppl it might have been too complicated to retain in their minds. But that's not the show's fault. Also, The Sign will always get a blow in these rankings bcs either it won't get included at all, since it started in 2023, or it stopped airing so many months ago that ppl stopped being emotionally invested in it and give it a lower mark bcs of that. Objectively tho it's a great show and a very ambitious production, which advanced bl industry as a whole.

I agree with most of your comments and THANK YOU for being honest when ranking some of the more popular dramas like Jack and Joker, We Are and My Love Mix-Up. My problem with these three dramas like you said with J&J the plot was all over the place and its a shame because i was looking forward to YinWar new drama for so long. War's acting was the only enjoyable point. We Are; i might be the only one that enjoyed Pond Phuwin scenes it was a simple love story. However the amount of pairings was just too much and didn't do anything for me also the episodes seemed like it kept repeating nothing really going on. My Love Mix-Up im really upset Fourth and Gemini's potential was wasted on this series in 2024. This Japanese style comedy just didn't translate well with Thailand comedy in my opinion i couldn't connect with the characters.

-Last Twilight (i agree with you on the last two episodes totally unnecessary)
-Time of Fever (I need a sequel NOW)
-Love in the Big City (This is THE BEST korean LGBTQ show done)
High School Frenemy (SkyNani is actually my obsession right now, i cannot emphasise enough how amazing the angst and yearning is in this show and it's not even a "BL")
-Our Youth (not on your list but make sure to watch it, still one episode to go but i can definitely say its one of the best Japanese bl's made)

-Last twilight (amazing series already rewatched it many times,, agree with u with the sunset part is should be the best ending, but not mad with the real ending still ok for me,, atleast we can see the whole family happily ever after)
-City of stars (start the series as just to killing time since usually i'm not starting a series if i don't know the actors but ended up obsessed with it 🤭🤭 totally agree with all your comment about this series,, just perfect and i even rewatched it again with u and yeahh u also put justice how good this is,, sadly this series kinda underated isn't it)
-Cherry magic (i love it cause naybe i love taynew and i don't watch the original japanese one,, so watching this story the first time was really good for me)
-Century of love (love it and expecting a lot from it since the pilot and thankfully they really did great,, such a new and unique plot/storyline)
-Peacefull property (agree with u this is BL and in the end they are married in my mind,, forcebook episode was amazing still playing in my head)
-Spaceless (not expecting you will put it on the list but i'm so thankfull for it🙏🙏,, cause even this is just a part of MV but the storyline the acting the cinematography,, just everything is perfect. This short story even can win over many series with full 12 episode)
-Wandee goodday + Stand In,, (this two i watched it at the same time they both are such a hype at that time,, a great amazing shows with some part is actually kinda yeah u know 😢😢. But still amazing and enjoyable to watch)

Its funny people complain about remake when HSF is one of them too. The only difference is that one come from korea and the others from Japan.
I think because the originals from Japan was done very recently so they are fresh in our minds and they were already very iconic. In the case of HSF, School 2013 is iconic but kinda outdated and having a more modern take on it makes it seem like its a whole new drama and a whole new experience

I always believe that we should not rate a show when we did not complete watching it or dropped it halfway. We can have an opinion if it's boring or whatever but I won't rate it cos I did not finish it.

I also 100% agree about Kidnap. Absolutely NO disrepect to Leng, but this role was too big for him, and Ohm is too good an actor for him (for now), even when given the dumbest script I've watched from GMMTV for a long time. Any time they had scenes together, the disparages in their acting skill was too apparent, it stopped me from immersing myself in the show to the point where I couldn't take it seriously at all. I really, really hope Leng gets the training he needs for Only Friends s2, because that cast is full of all stars and they are going to eat him alive at this rate loool
i totally agree with you on Jack and Joker! I was expecting this show to be amazing but it just tried to do everything all at once, it was way toooo much. I got bored by the 3rd episode.
